Choose MyFitnessPal if

You want to log any meal fast, hit a calorie goal, and you are happy drawing your own conclusion from that number. If that is working, keep it.

Choose Healify if

You already know your calorie target and something else is off: sleep, energy, stress, or a blood test that the food log cannot see. Anna puts those next to the meals.

Use both

Keep MyFitnessPal for the food log. Turn on its Apple Health sync. Anna can then see those meals next to sleep and recovery. Healify does not replace the food list.
